           PRIVATE TRAINING

 

One on one sessions tailored just for your personal goals, which will be set on your first session.  Your private sessions will include measurements, nutritional guidance, stretching, core work, cardio and strength work, recovery how-to's, at-home work designed specifically for you, tips and helpful strategies to stay on target with your goals.  Achieve your goals, set new ones, and repeat!  All this plus plenty of motivation along the way!

           KIDS PROGRAMS                   KIDS 5k CHALLENGE

 

Welcoming ages 8 through 14, children will learn the hows and whys of healthy nutritional choices, benefits of exercise, and the importance of setting AND MEETING personal goals.  With an emphasis on having fun while learning proper technique for strength training, running, strong cores, balance and agility... there's sure to be something all the kids will enjoy!

           RUN GROUPS                     KELLIE'S 5k CHALLENGE

 

Kellie's ongoing running groups are geared toward maximizing cardiorespiratory health, reducing chance of injury, and improving speed.  Beginners as well as experienced runners will benefit from one or all of these running workouts which include base runs, speed drills, fartleks, and distance days along with core work.  Jump in on any day for a great cardiovascular workout or take a running challenge!

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Beginners through advanced levels of fitness activities can benefit from any of Kellie's group sessions.  With two or more participants in each session, you will be inspired when someone else is getting their kick-butt workout done right along side you!  Sessions include instruction in core work, cardio and strength work, HIIT (interval drills), stretching, nutritional tips, and tons of inspiration.  Join a group today and make your challenging workouts FUN!
